AmeriSpan Study Abroad
Volunteer & Internship Program Update
AmeriSpan is continually looking for ways to improve our programs and participants experiences. We do this by listening to past participants and
sending our staff on on-site visits. The end result is that we add, drop and change partners, placements and destinations.

Guatemalan government, the program provides education, food, shelter and care for children (newborns to 7 year olds). The program aims to address the childcare needs of poor women as well as the levels of malnutrition and lack of preschool attention received by the poorest children in the city.
