The sea turtle conservation program is a scientific based conservation activity in which we try to increase the amount of sea turtle hatchlings to give higher survival possilities to this beautiful reptiles.

Costa Rica Overview
Placement Tasks: Nightly beach patrols, Cleaning the immediate surrounds of nesting zones, Searching for turtle nests, Relocating and monitoring, Freeing baby turtles, Taking biometric measurements, wroking in the organic garden,...
Work Schedule: Normally from 8am to 4pm + nightly patrols
Location of Placements: Playa Buena Vista
Lodging: Volunteers campsite
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Minimum commitment: 2 weeks.
- Minimum Spanish level: Mid-Beginner
- CV + motivation letter
- 4 weeks of Spanish course
- Adapt to a tropical environment
- No prior experience is necessary

Note: Accommodation is available Sunday to Saturday, Saturday to Friday (Jordan and Egypt) or
Saturday to Saturday (Tokyo) - all other days will have extra charge
